Guillermo Santos, RN, NASM-CNC, NASM-WLC
Registered Nurse • Certified Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach
Guillermo Santos founded Beauty by Santos in 2023 with one mission: to help people reclaim their health, confidence, and quality of life through compassionate, realistic weight loss support.
As a Registered Nurse and a Certified Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach through NASM, Guillermo brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and personal care to every client experience. His approach is both science-based and heart-centered — rooted in listening, learning, and building plans that truly work for each individual.
Clients love Guillermo’s friendly, approachable personality, and his deep passion for witnessing real transformations — not just in body, but in mindset and energy. For him, the biggest reward is seeing someone smile with pride, knowing they’ve done something powerful for themselves.

Sandra Carruthers
Our Medical Director, Sandra Carruthers, is a Nurse Practitioner practicing since 2022, with a focus on family medicine and clinical interest in primary and preventative medicine, patient-centered care, pediatrics, and weight management. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and is certified in wound care, weight management, aesthetics injector and IV nutrition.
Sandra received her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University and since then has been taking care of patients across the lifespan of all ages in Primary Care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
She worked as a Director of Nurses for Elmwood Home Care for several years and Acute Dialysis Nurse for Davita.
In her spare time, she says, “I love to travel to new and exciting places” She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing and being near the ocean.
